Set out here are details of the Company’s interests in various permits granted for exploration for oil and gas. Salient points relating to each permit, the current status of that permit and proposed activities in relation to it are provided. The permits are all initially issued for six years and the work obligations of each one is detailed in section 12 of the Information Memorandum that can be found at the Reports tab.
Detailed geological data and information in respect of each permit is more particularly set out in the Geologist’s Report at section 7 of the Information Memorandum.
Against the detailed background provided in the Information Memorandum, the Company has set out here its involvement and activities in the permits it currently has an interest in. The Budgeted Expenditure tables provided for each permit are the relevant estimates of funds the Company planned to expend over the 18 months to two years from the time the Information Memorandum was issued.
